En Cultivación de Negocios se Construyen puentes hacia un futuro más humano y solidario.

Since 2016, the Business Cultivation program has supported more than 230 entrepreneurs in the Ixil region through a training and mentoring methodology adapted to rural contexts. In recent years, the program has strengthened businesses and organizations through strategic alliances with partners such as FAO, Philanthropiece, HIVOS, and Alterna, achieving concrete results:

with a focus on
leadership and management.

Portfolio of 22 ventures (evaluated in 2024) with an average annual sales growth of 28.32%.
95% operate regularly and are self-sustaining.
69% generate social impact; 18% generate social and environmental impact.
More than USD 1 million in funding secured, indicating market confidence.

In 2025, Business Cultivation supported rural ventures with 70% female participation, promoting economic leadership in the region.
